Spring has sprung and the light choice of fresh ingredients is always the first and best choice!
By the way..Would you add Parmesan flakes?
Preheat the oven at 200-250C
Use:
1 pizza base 10"
85g tomato sauce (= 1/4 cup = 5 tablespoons)
45gr of diced mozzarella cheese (=2/3 cup)
70gr sliced salami (6/7 slices)
70gr sliced parma ham
50gr of ready to eat fresh rocket
Start preparing your pizza base leaving it breath for a couple of minutes. Spread the tomato sauce on the pizza base with a spoon, add the mozzarella cheese. Scatter the sliced salami evenly over the pizza base. Finishing off your pizza with a drizzle of oil.
Place the pizza on a tray and cook it in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes depending on your taste.
Before serving add fresh Parma ham slices and rocket all over the top.
