HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply go to our store and choose your kit and additional ingredients/items. Go to the cart, fill in all the details required, proceed with the payment and all done! Authentic Italian pizza to create in the comfort of your own home! Your pizza night starts now!

DO YOU HAVE A DELIVERY FEE?

Our kits are shipped nationwide free of charge.

For smaller orders of few toppings/ingredients there may be a small delivery fee depending on the total value of the order.

HOW LONG AFTER MY ORDER WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

Due to the nature of the product we are able to ship parcels from Monday to Wednesday. Please place your order by 1pm on Wednesdays to get your parcel the same week. Orders received on Wednesdays after 1pm will be processed the following week.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your parcel to arrive! Please see contact us  for more information.

WILL YOU UPDATE ME ON MY ORDER?

Confirmation of your order will go straight to the email address you provide us with when ordering. Then a time slot will be sent by the courier to the mobile number or email address provided on delivery day.

HOW DO I GIVE FEEDBACK?

We love hearing from our customers and we appreciate all feedback given. There are a few ways you can do this – either send us an email over at info@pizzabellissima.ie or via socials! Maybe even post a picture of your Bellissima Pizza and show off your pizza night!

HOW ARE YOU PROTECTING MY DETAILS?

We take the security of our customers very seriously. Our system ensures that your card details aren't shared with anyone else, you can read more about what steps we take to protect you as our valued customer in our privacy policy.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay by debit/credit card via Stripe or by PayPal. 

I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER...

No worries at all. You can change your order if it has not been shipped yet. You can do this by contacting our customer service team at info@pizzabellissima.ie or give us a call at 014266222 and we will do our best to  satisfy your request.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

We do offer gift cards, they are available on our website

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS?

Most of them are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Please always check the labels on each product. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Here at Bellissima Pizza, it is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to ensure the quality of our products remain to the highest.

If you are unhappy with your unused/opened purchase please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund. You are required to check the goods upon arrival.

IS THERE ANY RELATION BETWEEN COVID-19 AND THE FOOD COMING FROM ITALY?

Absolutely not!
Our bases are manufactered in Italy under the governaments guidelines and respecting h&s procedures along with high standard food safety requirements. So nothing to worry about!

CAN I COOK YOUR PIZZAS WITH MY OVEN?

Sure you can. Our products are easy and accessible for anyone! A regular home based appliance would cook our products perfectly within minutes! 

ARE THERE ANY RECIPE INSIDE THE BOX?

You will find an instruction page inside the box and one simple recipe. Get inspired by following our blog where we post new recipes regularly and keep you updated on the latest tasty experience. Also you can easily post your recipes on socials too! 

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGY?

If you have food allergy, please contact us directly before you place your order. We strongly advise that you also read the label to make sure all the ingredients are suitable for your dietary requirements.

HOW DO WE MAKE SURE THE FOOD ALLERGY INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ACCURATE AND UP TO DATE?

We do not want to put anyone’s health at risk so we recommend that you speak to us directly and we will provide you with the most accurate and up to date information about our food and the preparation of it.

REPORT MISSING/UNDELIVERED PARCELS

 

Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you have not received your parcel or the parcel appears to be missing.

To process a claim we need to be informed within 48h

 

We take great pride in ensuring the quality of our products and, to that end, Bellissima's Pizza has a documented Supplier Approval Procedure in place. All suppliers of food ingredients and packaging agree to a detailed product specification for the products they supply. This is reviewed by our Food Technologist to ensure the product is safe, legal and of consistently high quality.

All food products are risk assessed and their production is either audited by our Food Technologist or is certified to the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety. A database of Bellissima Pizza approved products and suppliers is maintained. Suppliers are continually assessed in various ways. For example, quality checks carried out on delivery, samples sent for analysis or feedback received from stores or consumers.
